Launch marks Rove’s first ever branded apartments, situated adjacent to the brand’s first hotel in Sharjah

Rove Hotels, a joint venture between Emaar Properties and Meraas, and Arada, the UAE’s award-winning developer, have announced the launch of sales at Rove Home Aljada, an exclusive collection of branded residences ideally located within one of the fastest-growing communities in the UAE.

Owned and developed by Arada and operated by Rove Hotels, the one-, two- and three-bedroom Rove Home Aljada apartments represent the brand’s first move into the housing market, complementing Rove’s impressive portfolio of 9 hotels across the UAE.

Rove Home Aljada consists of 117 high-end smart apartments in a building featuring colourful and contemporary design that offers its residents impressive facilities, including exclusive access to a well-stocked gym and swimming pool, as well as the presence of a café, restaurant, co-working, meeting spaces, and retail on the ground-floor level.

Rove Home Aljada owners can also make the most of the exceptional range of amenities and services on offer at the Rove Aljada hotel, which is connected to the residences. These include a roof-top pool, a 24-hour gym and a restaurant, with in-room dining, housekeeping and laundry services available to Rove Home Aljada residents.

Both the Rove Aljada hotel and Rove Home Aljada residences benefit from exceptional positioning within the Aljada destination, located on the edge of the premium Arada CBD business district, a new commercial hub for Sharjah.
