Saudi Arabia’s Prince Khaled bin Alwaleed has signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with the Petra Development and Tourism Region Authority (PDTRA) to improve animal welfare at the UNESCO Heritage site in Jordan. As part of the proposal, KBW Ventures, an investment controlled by Prince Khaled, will donate a number of specialised electric vehicles to help transport visitors through the site, the company said in a press statement.
