Developer ARADA says to launch 84 homes in Anber community of Aljada project
ARADA, the developer behind Sharjah’s largest mixed-use mega project Aljada, is launching the Anber Community, a collection of villas and townhouses following “unprecedented sales”. In total, 84 homes are being released for sale at a special launch event taking place on Saturday at the Radisson Blu Resort in Sharjah. Aljada, a master-planned destination covering over 2.2 square kilometres, was unveiled by Sharjah ruler Sheikh Dr Sultan bin Muhammad Al Qasimi in September. Since then more than 500 units in Aljada’s phase 1 have been snapped up by buyers, making the project Sharjah’s fastest-selling residential community, ARADA said in a statement.
